The best light is always the one you have with you when you need it, harsh reality. To that end, we wanted a better carry solution for lights, particularly lights with larger heads.
Enter our custom holster for the SoH/Jaxman Z1. The light is firmly held and does not rattle. The light easily pops in or out with one hand. An O-ring gasket keeps the lens free of dirt when in the holster. Even better, the light can be carried anywhere from fully zoomed in or out. We even offer an amber-tinted translucent head, allowing hands-free low-brightness area illumination.
For anyone who has ever carried though, it is obvious belt mounting options are one of the most critical aspects of any holster. The hole pattern on our backer plate accommodates three different clip options (not included) which, in our opinion, represent the best out there. They are the Blade Tech TekLok, the Spyderco G-clip, and the AMSPRO Belt Mounting Clip.
These are sold in two variants, "left" and "right" hand. "Left hand," shown here, will present the tailswitch of the light facing forward if worn on the left hip, allowing easy manipulation with the left hand. Right hand is the mirror image, so behaves in the same way while sitting on the right hip.
